Data Protection Controller
- Informing and advising the responsible persons or the processor and all employees and students regarding their rights and obligations according to the GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Monitoring and control of compliance with the GDPR and other data protection regulations within the University of Applied Arts
- Review the policies of the controller or processor for the protection of personal data, including the allocation of responsibilities
- Awareness and training of staff involved in the processing operations and the related reviews
- Advice and support in the context of data protection impact assessment
- Cooperation with the supervisory authority
- To act as a focal point for the supervisor in matters related to processing, including prior consultation under GDPR Art. 36, and, where appropriate, advice on all other matters of the supervisor.
- Data subjects may consult the Data Protection Officer on any matter related to the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights
