Second Elfriede Mejchar Award for Photography

The Elfriede Mejchar Prize for Photography, donated by the Mejchar community of heirs, honours photographers who, in the spirit of Elfriede Mejchar, place the media-specific essence of photography at the centre of their work.
 The prize is endowed with 7,000 euros, is awarded every two years and is accompanied by an exhibition at Wolkersdorf Castle.
